NATTIQ is **urgently** seeking Procurement Specialists for open (TA’s) and upcoming contracts. Must be experienced in performing procurement activities for the **Government of Canada**.

**MUST** hold a valid **SECRET or Reliability Clearance**

**Education Requirements**: University (PhD, Graduate, Undergraduate, degree) / College or CEGEP diploma/certificate / High school diploma

*Relevant certifications an asset.

**Experience Required**: 5 to over 10 years (120+ months) as a Procurement Specialist performing, but not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Preparing complex types of bid documents, including Requests for Supply Arrangements, Standing Offers, and Proposals using Government of Canada - Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) tools (TBIPS, TSPS, THS, ProServices - please specify) in the production of RFP’s, RFI’s, ACAN’s, and RFSOs/RFSAs for projects valued from $25k to over $10M CAD - details must be provided
  • Evaluating Statements of Work for completeness and adherence to procurement regulations
  • Developing bid technical evaluation mandatory and rated criteria
  • Posting tender documents to CanadaBuys/Buy and Sell, addressing vendor enquiries, issuing amendments, managing the bid process
  • Evaluating bids against mandatory requirements
  • Negotiating pricing, delivery, etc. prior to award
  • Recommending the award of contracts or issuance of standing offers or supply arrangements
  • Performing reference and security checks, and contract management tasks
  • Experience working for Government departments such as DND, CBSA, ISC, etc., using financial systems (i.e., Oracle, SAP, etc. - please specify) in a procurement context for developing contracts and tracking projects - details must be provided

**Salary**: $57,714.75-$173,918.67 per year
