- Lead team management efforts by fostering a collaborative work culture and supporting staff development.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with payroll systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships professionally.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
- Leadership qualities with experience in team management is desirable.
