Job Title: Entrepreneurial Sales Manager

About the Company: We are a start-up in the transportation technology space, with a unique app that helps border crossers find the fastest and most efficient route for crossing international borders. Our app has a captive audience of travellers, and we are looking for a talented, entrepreneurial salesperson to help us monetize this audience through advertising.

Job Description: As the Entrepreneurial Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the revenue growth of our company. You will be responsible for selling advertising space on our app to businesses that want to reach our captive audience of border crossers. Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing a sales plan to target businesses in industries relevant to border crossers, such as travel, transportation, and tourism.

Building relationships with potential advertisers to understand their needs and goals, and positioning our app as the solution to reach their target audience.

Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to develop advertising packages and campaigns that meet the needs of businesses and provide value to our users.

Closing deals with potential advertisers, and managing the ongoing relationships to ensure that their advertising campaigns are successful.

Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Measuring the effectiveness of sales efforts and using data to optimize strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a salesperson, with a strong track record of closing deals and building relationships with businesses
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a bias towards action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales decisions
- Familiarity with the transportation technology and travel industries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
