- Job Summary

Technician - Clinical Laboratories

As a Technician for our Clinical Laboratories team at the Senneville location, you will perform technical activities and follows directives from the study/phase plan and the SOP.

In this role, primary responsibilities include:

- Perform the preparation and the analysis of samples;
- Perform the quality control procedure and maintenances on the different instruments;
- Perform the activities in a timely fashion by adhering to preset schedules;
- Ensure the integrity of the studies and fulfill the regulatory agencies requirements by performing the activities according to the GLP, SOP and health and safety rules.
- Key Elements

We are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role:

- College diploma in science;
- Relevant experience is an asset;
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above;
- Reading and writing English is required. Bilingualism is preferred;
- Ability to work under time constraint and adapt to change;
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to work independently.

Role Specific Information:

- Location: 22022 route Transcanadienne, Senneville, QC, H9X 1C1;
- Transportation: We offer a free shuttle service from the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site. Free parking. Electric vehicle charging station;
- Salary: 20.50 $/per hour, evening premiums and opportunity to start at higher level and higher salary with specific research experience;
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (3h PM-11h15PM) after 3-6 months of training from (8h AM-4h15 PM);
- Annual bonus based on performance;
- Permanent position as of the hiring, full-time 37.5hrs per week.
