**Job Description**:
**Work schedule: Sunday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Saturday (to be discussed)**
**Full time permanent position**

Reporting to the Regional Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities as an Branch Manager will include but not be limited to:
- ** Retail Management**:
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and build customer loyalty;
- Monitor automotive inventory and make recommendations for adjustments;
- Collaborate with the local marketing team and respond to the specific needs of the site's customers;
- Carry out transactions related to the sale of used vehicles;
- Manage the merchandising of the branch (tires, battery, liquids, etc.);
- ** Production management**:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the site;
- Can mean actively participating in site operations;
- ** Workforce Management**:
- Mobilize and empower your work teams;
- Conduct interviews and make final hiring decisions;
- Conduct quarterly performance review meetings with employees;
- Be responsible for disciplinary actions;
- Manage work schedules;
- Identify and develop potential talent to create succession;
- ** Other**:
- Manage financial and material resources;
- Ensure the maintenance and management of the building
- Monitor performance indicators (KPI) and develop and implement strategies and action plans to achieve objectives
- Complete reports
**Qualifications**:
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service;
- At least 3 years of experience in team management.
**Required competencies**
- Leadership;

- Analytical mind;
- Ability to learn;
- Good stress management.
