Successful assistant managers at **HOOTERS RESTAURANT **include but are focused on:

- Management and employee Teamwork
- Encouraging and incentivizing staff to reach daily goals
- Guest & Employee satisfaction
- Motivating and energizing staff
- Ability to attract, hire & retain employees
- Coaching staff to build high morale and lead the team to desired results
- Help Hostesses, Bartenders, Servers, and Cooks when needed.
- The ability to deliver financial results through Sales and Profits
- Strong focus on driving new business into the restaurant
- Ensuring excellent customer experiences
- Keep Brand Standards
- Submitting Daily Reports and checklists numerous times on every shift
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs

At **HOOTERS**, assistant managers must help ensure that the restaurant is functional and meets all standards on a daily basis, including, but not limited to cleanliness, atmosphere, service, guest interaction, and execution of food and beverage.

**Positions Require**:
Restaurant Management and/or Culinary experience, Food and Beverage/Kitchen Team Lead, and/or College Graduate with some industry experience or management experience in a related industry.
