Job Description

The Five Hills Health Region is seeking a dynamic and committed family physician to provide services at Crescent View Clinic, which operates 365 days a year. The centre is an after-hours clinic that offers medical care and treatment for urgent, non-life threatening health conditions featuring physicians, nurse practitioners and Healthy Living Consultant support.

**Crescent View Clinic offers the following services**:

- Urgent Care
- Home Care
- Laboratory
- Access Centre
- Mental Health and Addictions; counselling, group services, depot clinic, methadone clinic

Job Qualifications
- Hold certification or be eligible for certification from The College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
- Eligible for licensure with The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS)
- Coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
- Hold ACLS/ATLS certification

In accordance with Canadian Foreign Worker requirements, preference will be given to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Canada.
