KPC Power needs an experienced **Project Coordinator **for our growing business.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Populate back-up billing spreadsheets, complete billing spreadsheet for month-end
- Collect and organize timesheets on a weekly basis; track tasks and hours for billing purposes then verify and organize for payroll
- Maintain Scheduled Work calendars with Supervisors and Project Managers; On-Call Calendar and updating call service of changes
- Complete Isolation Requests, including scheduling and submitting to appropriate Control Authority and coordinate required crews
- Coordinate, schedule and book isolations and submit ESA permits
- Coordinates work tasks with field supervision and staff throughout the day and administrative staff throughout the day
- Various administrative tasks

**SKILLS**
- Problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and time management
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Results Driven / Attention to detail
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office

**EDUCATION**
- Completion of Construction Project Management, or equivalent, and/or experience equivalent
