Ski and Snowboard Technician

Algonquin Outfitters is actively seeking a **Ski/Snowboard Technician** to join our team As one of AO’s technicians, you’ll play a key role in making sure our customers have the best possible experience when they hit the slopes and trails.

**Here are a few things you will do in this job**:

- Equipment Service - diagnose, tune, wax, and repair skis and snowboards, and service snowshoes.
- Setup - fit and mount equipment for customers with accuracy and care.
- Problem Solving - evaluate equipment issues and provide solutions that meet AO’s quality standards.
- Customer Service - provide sound advice, guidance, and friendly support to help customers maximize their enjoyment.
- Teamwork - contribute to an exceptional shop environment and share your enthusiasm for winter sports.

**What will you bring to us?**
- Experience with ski/board tuning, repair, and setup (the more, the better).
- Confidence in your technical skills and ability to troubleshoot.
- A genuine passion for winter outdoor adventure.
- Strong interpersonal skills—you’re as comfortable with people as you are with tools.
- A reliable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
