Summary:
The Technician, Logistics is responsible for the coordination/facilitation of all aspects of outbound shipping process to ensure efficient, accurate and on-time shipping practices. Monitor/track key shipping KPIs including the management of carrier and LSP performance by means of complaint tracking and actioning. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- LSP Daily activity facilitation.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPI) and provide information analysis needed to maintain or improve Customer Service levels
- Manage Outbound Delivery Creation & Fulfilment process. Send all outbound orders/deliveries to LSP and ensure all deliveries are accounted for to ship accurately and on-time.
- Manage the OS&D/Complaints/Claims process - investigate and monitor all shipping complaints, file claims with carriers and track progress. Prepare monthly Complaints Summary for Canada & USA.
- Assist with the US Complaints/Claims process as required.
- Prepare paperwork for Return shipments, arrange pick up with applicable carrier, and confirm return.
- Review and approve outbound carrier invoices for processing and payment.
- Perform Post Goods Issue transactions for verified outbound shipments in SAP once shipped.
- Compile key monthly freight reports.
- Assist with various projects as required.
- Single Point of Contact for Customer Support Department related to Logistics questions & requirements.

Requirements:

- Post Secondary Degree or Certification in Logistics and Supply Chain.
- 2 + years experience in transportation, warehouse operations, or customer service.

Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical skills; the ability to portray data and leverage to drive continuous improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in SAP would be preferable
- Detail oriented

Job Requirements:

- F/T 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
- This position is not eligible for remote work
- This position is not eligible for relocation
