**Pay**: $17.20 - $18.00 per hour
**Schedule**:

- Day Shift (7 AM - 3 PM) (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Weekends and holidays

**Job Overview**

The **Front Desk Agent** is the welcoming face of the hotel each morning and afternoon. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, operational support, and smooth communication between housekeeping, management, and other departments during peak guest interaction hours.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet all guests with a positive attitude and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and promotions
- Promote upsells or upgrades based on guest preferences and availability
- Coordinate wake-up calls and special guest requests
- Review shift handover notes from the night shift and prepare for daily arrivals/departures
- Process payments, update reservations, and handle early check-ins or late check-outs
- Assist with resolving billing issues or adjustments
- Log and organize lost and found items
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the front desk and lobby area
- Replenish coffee station and guest amenities
- Monitor lobby activity and respond to guest needs promptly
- Update housekeeping on room status changes
- Notify maintenance or management of urgent repairs or safety concerns
- Assist in training new front desk staff during onboarding
- Leave detailed notes for the next shift
- Communicate guest feedback or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments

**Experience & Skills**
- Hospitality or Hotel front desk experience required
- Knowledge of PMS is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and POS terminals
- Proactive problem-solver and team collaborator
- Comfortable handling multiple guest interactions in a fast-paced setting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
