_**Commercial Cleaning Supervisor/Commercial Cleaner - $28/hr (to start)**_

**Part-time Evenings
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays**
**(Mon & Fri = Occasional Relief Only)**
**No Weekends**

**Regular Rate = $28/hr**
**Scheduled Relief Rate = $28/hr**
**Unscheduled Relief Rate = $30/hr (less than 24 hrs notice)**
- **Regular Hours of Work = 12 hrs/week**_
**Tues -2 or 4 hr shift (alternates bi-weekly)**
**Wed - 6 hr shift (every week)**
**Thurs
- 2 or 4 hr shift (alternates bi-weekly)**
**Mon & Fri - 3.5 hr shift (Occasional relief shifts only, as needed)**

**Start time - Some flexibility, to be discussed**
**(Generally, shifts can be completed between the hours of 5pm and Midnight).**

**Paid Training Provided.**
**Paid Driving time between locations**
**Payroll is every 2 weeks**
**All Supplies & Equipment Provided**
- **Cleaner Duties Include**:_
**-Shop/Office Cleaning (Regular weekly re-occurring locations, which include Victoria, Langford, and Central Saanich (right off hwy 17).**
**-Responsible for the safe keeping and for the transferring of facility keys, when required.**
**-Responsible for securing facility doors and alarm codes, as needed.**
- **Supervisor Duties Include**:_
**-Employee Supervision and Communication**
**-Cleaning Inspections**
**-Cleaning Supply/Equipment Management**
**-Occasional Employee Interviewing & Training**
**-Occasional Employee Coverage as needed (Prior training provided for any locations you may provide employee coverage for)**
**-Responsible for the safe keeping and for the transferring of facility keys, when required.**
**-Responsible for securing facility doors and alarm codes, as needed.**
- **Requirements**_**:
**-Must have prior Commercial Cleaning experience.**
**-Some Cleaning Supervision experience is ideal.**
**Reliability an absolute must**
**Must be able to work independently**
- **-Must have a current BC Driver’s License and possess a reliable vehicle that can transport a vacuum and supplies as needed.**_

**-Criminal Record Check to be conducted, if current one not provided.**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
