Dental Receptionist

Location: Kitsilano, Vancouver
We're seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our growing team As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients as they arrive and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
- Collect and verify patient information and insurance details
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries and concerns
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Process and file insurance claims and verify coverage
- Collect payments from patients and ensure accurate billing
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed by the office manager
**Requirements**:
- Familiarity with dental terminology, codes, and procedures.
- Minimum of 2 year working in a dental office is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with dental software.
- Dentrix knowledge is an asset.
Working Days: Monday to Thursday (clinic is only open 4 days a week), no evenings.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
