**Dream is looking for an Analyst, Leasing & Asset Management**

We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving community. Dream’s Leasing & Asset Management team is currently looking for an Analyst to join their team.

**What will you do?**

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.

Maintaining the accounting records at corporate level:

- Be involved in portfolio analysis, asset management and other investment and portfolio initiatives;
- Create and maintain financial models using Excel software for cash and income forecasting, asset management, and various variance and sensitivity analysis;
- Maintain Argus models, including market assumptions, leases, recovery structures and tenant incentives;
- Work with leasing & portfolio managers on lease deal projections and analysis;
- Participate in operational update meetings, track operational activities, and conduct industry research;
- Prepare presentations and reports for management as required; and
- Improve upon existing processes and technology to provide value-added information to portfolio and senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- You have 2-4 years of applicable work experience
- You’ve obtained a University degree or have equivalent experience - we’d especially like it if you had a background in business, economics, math, statistics, or computer science
- Developing pro formas and valuations for real estate investments is not new to you? Make sure you tell us
- You have strong computer skills, including the ability to develop robust financial models using Microsoft Excel
- You are comfortable with models and with the impact and implications of change
- Extra points if you have prior experience with Argus Enterprise
