**Key Responsibilities**

**Patient Fitting & Education.**Measure and fit patients for compression stockings and educate on proper usage and care.

**Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management.**Manage patient orders, inventory, and sales.

**Vendor & Returns Coordination.**Communicate with vendors/supplies regarding product, pricing, order issues including returns or exchanges. Coordinate all billing and insurance information for clinic and patient.

**Administrative Support.**Maintain patient records, insurance documentation, prior authorizations, and keep updated on product updates and training.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in **medical equipment fitting**, retail, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong **interpersonal skills** and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Excellent **organizational and multitasking abilities**.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Knowledge of medical compression garments (training available if not already certified).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certification as a **Certified Fitter** (e.g., from a compression stocking manufacturer).
- Experience with **Sigvaris or Medi compression stockings**:

- Experience with insurance processes (e.g., Blue Cross or Greenshield)

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
