Product Listing Specialist

**How you can contribute**:

- ** PRODUCT DATA MANAGEMENT**: Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date product data, including product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and other relevant information to support the need of the different sales channels. Ensuring data management is always fully up to date with correct information.
- ** PRODUCT ATTRIBUTE MANAGEMENT**: Managing product attributes, such as size, strains, weight, and other specifications, to ensure accurate and consistent product information across all sales channels.
- ** PRODUCT LISTING CREATION**: Creating and optimizing product listings for all sales channels, ensuring that product information is complete, accurate manner. All submissions have to be completed on time in full to and fully answer customers’ needs.
- ** QUALITY ASSURANCE**: Conducting regular quality checks on product listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- ** CUSTOMER COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT**: Managing all customer complaints by collaborating with different groups in the organization in a timely manner to limit disruption in the sales channels and answer customers’ needs.
- ** CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION**: Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, sales, operations, and customer service teams, to ensure coordination and alignment of product listings with overall business goals and strategies.
- ** CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT**: Ensuring high quality communication and collaboration with all customers to answer their needs and establish ROSE as a preferred partner.

- Strong attention to details
- Organizing information in a clear and concise way
- Keeping track of detailed product information to enable fast request response.
- Working independently and proactively with minimum supervision
- Paying attention to details while managing fluctuating workloads simultaneously
- Building and managing relationships effectively

**Things we hope you have**:

- A bachelor’s degree in administration or another relevant field
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in product listing, sales, or marketing specialist roles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (excel, PowerPoint)
- Cannabis industry experience a strong asset.
- Fluent in both EN and FR
