**About**:
As part of the accounts receivable team, and reporting to the accounting director, accounts receivable, your role as an accounting agent will be:
**Responsabilities**:

- Verify and process early contract surrenders;
- Verify and process customer refunds;
- Make modifications to active contracts;
- Prepare and extract pre-authorized payments and send them to the bank electronically;
- Collaborate with various departments to monitor accounts receivable;
- Participate in the end of month process;
- Support the accounting department;
- Any other related tasks required for the position.

**The profile we are looking for**:

- At least 2 years of experience
- Technical backround in accounting or a bachelor’s in accounting or finance
- Bilingual (English and French) to serve clients from all provinces; (asset)
- Good problem solving skills;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite, Excel, Outlook and WORD
- Leadership
- Attention to detail
- Curious and fast learner
