We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team and are passionate about delivering high-quality food and service.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and giving change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining areas to meet health regulations.
- Assist in the training of new crew members on food preparation techniques and restaurant operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all safety protocols while handling food and operating kitchen equipment.
- Participate in inventory management by helping to track stock levels and report shortages as needed.
- Pack sandwiches and take orders
- Make drinks and organize kitchen
- Assist in preping for operation

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and coworkers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
