**How your role will add to the story**:
The Remarketing Auction Specialist (RAS) is responsible for the administration and reporting of all Mercedes-Benz Canada Off-Lease, and VEP inventory through the various Remarketing channels. You will support the Senior Remarketing Auction Specialist with managing daily sales and analysis functions and will be required to identify and resolve discrepancies regarding monthly auction vendor invoices and proceeds within a timely manner. You will also be cross-trained with the Remarketing Auction Specialist and Pre-Owned and Remarketing Senior Analyst in ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests.

**A day in the life**:

- Responsible for monthly collection and processing of all departmental invoicing for internal and external customers (Company Car, VEP, AutoVIN, Carfax, MBFS Demo vehicles)
- Daily balance and reconciliation of all Mercedes-Benz Advantage Gateway, DPP, DPP+ and Downstream sales and net proceeds
- Create arbitration invoice packages and ADESA Transport invoices for processing
- Manage the Remarketing invoice database, which includes working with MBFS Finance and MBC Controlling teams on invoice inquiries and/or process changes
- Support migration and automation of existing reports to modern data visual solutions(Power Bi, Power Automate)
- Assist Pre-Owned and Remarketing Senior Specialist with the daily resolution of Upstream sales
- Assist the Remarketing Auction Specialist with requesting pre-sale vehicle inspections and approval of all necessary repairs
- Liaise with vender, MBC dealer and MBFS colleagues to ensure payment for vehicles sold through all Remarketing channels(MBFS Gateway, Upstream, Physical Auction)
- Conduct daily inventory audit of all Upstream auction vehicles and DPP+ website
- Update and manage Proceeds Report to capture sales data across all sales channels:

- MB Advantage Gateway, DPP+, Downstream Auction
- Update and distribute quarterly auction sales calendar
- Assist in any additional departmental needs including ad-hoc reporting, analysis and presentation creation

Mercedes-Benz Fan skills, requirements & traits: *
- Post-Secondary degree with focus on business management
- 1-3 years of automotive retail experience
- Knowledge of auto industry, dealer operations and Certified Pre-Owned programs
