**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling and preparation practices comply with food safety regulations.
- The setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Daily prep work to ensure all ingredients are ready for service.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food service industry is essential, with a focus on meal preparation and cooking.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for food handling is required.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools is expected.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the bartending/serving staff and the ability to work independently in a small kitchen.
