**Out N About Pet Care** is hiring **Experienced Dog Walkers** to join our award-winning team. For over 10 years, we’ve built a reputation for **premium service, professionalism, and genuine care.** We’re committed to positive reinforcement, safety, and setting the gold standard for pet care in Barrie and surrounding areas.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide **solo and paired dog walks**, enrichment outings, and in-home pet visits.
- Build **trust-based relationships** with pets and clients.
- Follow detailed pet profiles, behaviour notes, and safety protocols.
- Use our proven **handling systems** (waist leash, dual gear, safety straps).
- Ensure every pet receives a safe, enriching, and reliable experience.

**What We Require**
- **Minimum 1 year of professional pet care experience** (dog walking, pet sitting, daycare, or similar role). _Personal pet ownership does not qualify._
- **Valid G driver’s license and reliable vehicle.** This is a mobile role (driving 30-80km per shift).
- Strong **leash handling, communication, and time-management** skills.
- Commitment to **positive reinforcement (LIMA & force-free handling).**:

- Confidence working with **dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.**:

- Midday availability at least **3-5 days per week.**:

- A minimum **1-year commitment** - ideally, we’re looking for team members who want to **grow with us long term** and build a lasting career in professional pet care
