**Responsibilities**
- Follow first call resolution objectives to provide consistent and superior service
- Educate customers on current product features and promotions and overall product value + offer alternative solutions when appropriate
- Deal with escalated issues and look for solutions that are win-win for both the customer and the business
- Participate in up-sell programs by actively suggestive selling to clients to achieve department and individual sales goals
- Work effectively as a team, use and learn from each other's knowledge and support your co-workers
- Demonstrate our company culture and values
- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications & Core Competencies**
- High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- 1-3 years of customer service/call centre experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office, customer management software, and telephony software
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Desire to consistently deliver superior customer experience
- Possess exceptional prioritization skills, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and to take initiative
- Outstanding attention to detail & multi-tasking abilities
- Proven track record in being resourceful and finding solutions which benefit the customer

**Additional**

***Location**:3695 Barrington St., Halifax, NS B3K 2Y3.

**Job Type**:Full-time (37.5 hours), Permanent.

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 830-5pm.

**Compensation**:We're proud to offer a fair, competitive, and equitable process to determining your salary that is based on your skills, knowledge, experience, and internal equity. You can rest assured that we will present you our best offer. In additiona, you will be eligible for a monthly incentive program and a $250 bonus upon successful completion of the probation period.
