**Position Overview: Plumbing Technicians (Red Seal & Apprentices)**

Tapped In Plumbing & Heating, part of **The Oickle Group**, is looking for motivated **Red Seal Plumbing Technicians** and **Apprentices** to join our growing team in **full-time, permanent positions**. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of **residential and commercial projects**, performing installations, testing, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems and components.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out **residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting**.
- Perform **testing** on plumbing systems and components.
- Provide **detailed, timely service reports**.
- Follow all **company procedures and safety protocols**.
- Communicate regularly with office and sales staff on service request status.
- Recommend suitable **equipment and parts** tailored to client needs and budgets.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Red Seal Plumbing Technician** with **3-5 years of experience**.
- Open to **Apprentices** (must be eligible and willing to register with the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency).
- Valid **driver’s license** with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Must supply own tools, safety gear, **steel-toe boots and hard hat**.
- Highly organized, punctual, and detail-focused.
- Strong **customer service and communication skills**.
- Positive, easy-going personality with a solid work ethic.
- Team player with a willingness to **learn and adapt** to new technologies.
