**Duties**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

**Skills**
- Experience in caregiving or home care environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques, including dementia care and working with persons with disabilities.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate nature with a desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols is advantageous.
- Previous caregiving experience in nursing homes or similar facilities is a plus.
