Our business began more than 50 years ago as a steel fabricator, growing into the full-service roller/bender that it is today. We have an immediate opportunity for a person with experience in a manufacturing environment as a General Labourer for our busy pipe and tube fabrication location. Experience in Shipping and Receiving would be an asset as well.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Clean and wash small to medium sized pipe and tube parts prior to final inspection procedures for our customers.
- Learn Saw, Threading and material handling operations.
- Learn inspection process to assist in that role.
- Conduct air testing on parts.
- Learn our Shipping and Receiving Procedures including skid arranging.
- Keep work area clean through effective housekeeping.

**Requirements**:

- Takes pride in satisfying our customers’ requirements in a team setting.
- Possess general tool and fabrication shop knowledge.
- Experience in a Manufacturing / Assembly work environment.
- Self-starter and quick learner who once trained is able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Trained in the safe use and handling of mechanical equipment.
- Experience reading specification drawings.
- Attention to detail and quality inspection of parts worked on.
- High School education with some technical training preferred.
- Steel-toed safety boots.
- Welding experience an asset
