**The Opportunity**

The role of the Implementation & Internal Sales Supervisor is to support the new logistics division plus ports & terminals of DP World with customer implementation & some forms of inside sales.

**In this role, you will**:

- Supports and drives implementation of customers and ensures compliance to implementation procedures.
- Ensures that the implementation milestones as set in ISO fashion and CIPM process are met and followed up. Also included would be understanding 6 sigma lean management
- Supports and leads local customer implementation projects
- Executes CIPM projects and corresponding activities
- Develop and Maintain relationships with all products, sales and back office teams to achieve maximum results.
- Assist Sales / Operations in completion of Standard Operating Procedures for and with customers (face to face meeting where required).
- Establish work rules or SOP’s to be used at the Station offices to achieve & exceed customer requirements

**What you bring to the role**:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, (Excel, Word)
- Good communicative, analytical & administrative skills
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Minimum 3 years in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry
- Graduate of an accredited freight forwarding program with strong day to day knowledge of the Freight Forwarding platforms or equivalent work experience
