Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to manage warranty claims and facilitate the efficient dispatch of repair orders to our technicians. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Warranty Administrator:

- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review repair orders for proper documentation and compliance with manufacturer policies.
- Track and follow up on pending claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate with Honda representatives regarding claim approvals and updates.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty submissions, payments, and adjustments.

Shop Dispatcher:

- Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill set, workload, and priority.
- Monitor repair progress to ensure on-time delivery of services.
- Communicate with service advisors to provide updates on repair status.
- Optimize workflow to maximize shop efficiency and minimize downtime.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in warranty processing or automotive service is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in warranty software systems and dealership management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with customers, technicians, and Honda representatives.
