**Description**:
**The Opportunity**

Reporting directly to the Supervisor, Community Support and Events, this role is responsible for providing customer service administration for Community Services. This permanent full-time role promotes and assists with the delivery of services in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. As an Administrator, Community Services you will perform the following duties, including but not limited to:

- Provide administrative support to the supervisory team including typing correspondence, reports, statistical reports, month invoices, letters, etc.
- As a primary point of contact for the facilities, provide information regarding facility rentals, available programs and other town-related information
- Receive mail, calls and users to the facility and effectively handle customer concerns for all programs, rentals and services provided. Direct inquires as appropriate.
- Administer facility rentals and other programs or services
- Balance all payments received for program registrations and facility usage, verify floats and bank deposits, and complete required revenue reports and documentation to ensure cash handing guidelines and standards are met

This position offers a salary range of $59,044.34 - $ 72,358.50 plus a competitive benefit package.
