We are an independent distributor of luxury kitchen and bath products for
over 30 years. We are looking for an experienced and friendly administrative assistant who will work collaboratively with our Accounting, Purchasing and Customer Service teams and effectively manage their day to day administrative activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Mailing, filing, scanning and record keeping
- Repetitive data entry, invoicing and preparing reports
- Covid-19 record keeping
- Printing and photocopying
- Ordering office supplies
- Provide administrative assistance and support to other departments within the office
- Other duties as designed

QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Able to work well with others
- Ability to multi task and prioritize work
- Experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Strong computer data entry skills
- Reliable, highly organized, detail oriented, team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
