**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure accurate product scanning and process customer's orders efficiently
- Finalize the customer’s choice of payment
- Execute store-directed promotions and programs
- Calculate total payments received at the end of work shift and reconcile with total sales
- Maintain product displays
- Ensure pricing integrity
- Receiving, handling and storing of product to achieve optimal results
- Ensure proper product rotation as required
- Maintain store cleanliness to appropriate standards
- Complies with store policies and procedures.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management to meet business needs.
- Any duties that may be required to ensure courteous friendly service, competitively priced products, and a store that meets and maintains the hygiene standards specified

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- The ability to meet the needs and demands of customers in a friendly, fast and efficient manner
- The willingness to work with others and respond quickly to change
- A focus on detail and accuracy
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to work with mínimal functional direction
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift using work safe guidelines
- Must be a vailable to work varying shifts, including weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Experience with cash handling an asset
