**Responsibilities**:The Homeward Bound Windsor Supervisor works closely with the Assistant General Manager and Client Services Coordinator overseeing the day to operations of Windsor. They support staff with implementation of client caseloads and implementation of programming, procedures and staff roles and responsibilities.
**Qualifications**:
- Post-Secondary Education and/or experience in human services, supported housing, or vulnerable population;
- Knowledge and understanding of Indigenous Culture;
- ** Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle;**:
- ** Those without a Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's Licence need not apply;**:
- Excellent communications Skills (written & verbal);
- Computer skills;
- Must pass Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check;
- Ability to work independently;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Strong knowledge of Trauma Informed Care, person centered planning and strength-based approaches;

**Basic Duties**:
- Provide leadership and direction to staff members, in all areas, including confidentiality, positive work environment, conflict resolution;
- Be a part of an on-call rotation for Homeward Bound Windsor;
- Maintain written and computerized records, compile reports and complete other program documents (including case notes, statistics, letters, etc.);
- Monitor spending to ensure accountability and appropriateness;
- Ensure spending policies and banking card procedures are being followed and documented;
- Work within a provided budget and ensure paperwork is submitted in a timely matter;
- Attend client meetings and other program meetings as requested per Management (i.e.: transition, quarterly, case-conferences);
- Uphold and maintain policies and procedures for all programs;
- Provide culturally sensitive outreach, case management, counselling and other needed services to clients;
- Oversee collection and submission of rent and other financial needs as required;
- Oversee petty cash, and ensure reconciliation is in accordance with finance policies;
- Responsible for staff orientation and training within the scope of the program.
- Ensure that staff members are competent in delivering services, and orientation forms are complete;
- Responsible for scheduling: call-ins, staff replacement
- Ensure Payworks is complete and accurate daily;
- Liaison with case workers for day-to-day consults and programming;
- Ensure all incidents are properly documented, reported to manager and addressed appropriately;
- Represent management on the OHC, conduct meetings as per standards and ensure proper employee representation;
- Oversee safety standards and cleanliness of buildings;
**Specific Program Responsibilities**:
- Ensure each individual client is receiving appropriate services e.g., housing placement, independent living skills, appointment escorts, home visits, family counselling;
- Support and oversee the development of day - to - day operations, including meal program, appointments, recreational schedule and life skills development;
- Ensure reporting requirements are complete including statistics, daily documentation;
- Oversee with support of Assistant General Manager staff coaching, annual reviews and disciplinary measures;
- Delegate and oversee day to day duties and responsibilities for staff members;
- Oversight and support of staff case management for primary caseload, including transition plans, documentation, intakes and discharges, and coordinating tenant move in and move outs;
- Oversight of medication management;
- Liaison with designated Assistant Manager of any significant information, client updates etc.;
- Ensure apartment inspections and cleanliness of apartments are maintained;
- Assume responsibilities of Assistant Manager in their absence;
- Follow safety and security polices at all times;
- Familiarizing and enforcement of YWCA policies;
- Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management, to ensure the effective operation of the program;
Probation: All YWCA Prince Albert management positions contain a six - month probation period.
