**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assess individual student needs and develop tailored lesson plans to address specific learning objectives.
- Communicate effectively with students to explain concepts clearly and encourage their understanding.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary to ensure comprehension and retention of material.
- Foster a supportive and motivating environment that encourages students to ask questions and engage with the material.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

**Skills**
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, demonstrating patience and understanding.
- Proven tutoring experience or classroom experience that showcases effective teaching methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to students and parents.
- Ability to adapt teaching techniques based on individual learning styles and needs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans, schedules, and student records effectively.

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
