**The Role - Sales and Projects Coordinator**

Join our team as a Lab Supervisor, where safety is our top priority In this versatile role, you'll oversee quality control and be at the forefront of developing innovative products. From adhesives to cleaning products and solvents to resins, engage with various stakeholders and seize the opportunity for professional growth in our expanding team

**Some of the duties include**:

- Accountable for quality control of batches;
- Various Testing (density, viscosity, pH, etc );
- Raw Material vetting, by searching for new suppliers for raw materials and packaging;
- SDS Maintenance;
- Help establish test specifications, specifically for new products;
- Assists with new product development working close with sales, clients and operations;
- Be responsible for the laboratory area (organization, cleanliness, safety etc.);
- Develop, adapt, and keep SOPs of the area;
- Develop, adapt, and store process/batch controls sheets;
- Keeping current with regulatory updates for certain class of products.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field. (preferably a polymer chemist);
- Minimum 3 years chemist experience;
- Formulating and testing experience;
- Meeting a variety of regulatory requirements;
- Knowledge of polymers, resins, solvents, and aerosols.

**Bonus Points**:

- Extensive experience with adhesives and/or aerosols;
- Knowledge of VOC requirements;
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices;
- Participation in Health and Safety Committee.

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour day shift;
- Monday to Friday.
