**About the Role**

**What You'll Do**
- Assist carpenters in framing, finishing, and installation work across custom residential projects
- Learn to read and interpret construction drawings, gaining hands-on experience with layouts and measurements
- Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and equipment under supervision
- Support site preparation, material handling, and job site cleanup to keep projects running efficiently
- Practice proper building techniques while continuously developing technical skills
- Uphold safety standards, contributing to a secure and organized work environment
- Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and accountability as you grow into greater responsibility

**What You Bring**
- Minimum of 1 year carpentry or construction experience
- Curiosity, humility, and eagerness to learn from experienced tradespeople
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability on the job site
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
- A _God given talent_ for building, problem-solving, and working with your hands
- Basic familiarity with construction tools and willingness to advance skills
