We are a small entrepreneurial team looking for a confident and energetic **Customer Success and Operations Coordinator** to join our rapidly growing company to support our sales & management team, including administrative responsibilities, and execute all product order and fulfillment responsibilities.

**POSITION TYPE**: Full-time, on-site (this role requires in-person management of physical products).

**LOCATION**: Richmond Hill, ON

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

As our Customer Success and Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the organization, performing a variety of important tasks within a lively, fast-paced environment.
You will be challenged daily with a variety of tasks that will accelerate your personal and professional growth, having a significant impact on our company's expansion.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage sales order life cycle; o Liaise with sales leadership to efficiently process enquiries. o Sourcing and quoting o Communicate with leads to determine the best next steps in the sales process. o Build relationships with existing customers to process and fulfill requests. o Communicate effectively with vendors to streamline the fulfillment process and communicate timelines with all stakeholders.
- Track inventory; o Update inventory management software. o Place orders to maintain stock levels.
- Ownership over shipping related activities;
- Prepare and address shipments. o Arrange courier pickups and deliveries. o Track and articulate timelines with stakeholders

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- College or University Degree preferred
- 2+years experience in an administrative or customer / sales support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (this is a customer facing role that requires the ability to communicate to a variety of external stakeholders)
- Excellent organization and high attention to detail
- Applied proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Experience with Shopify / E Stores
- Experience maintaining and utilizing a CRM for client/contact management
