**Job Overview**:
Reporting to the Team Lead, Administration, Wildpack is seeking an high energy, passionate Operations Coordinator to provide manufacturing support as part of our Administration team. We are looking for a confident, detail-oriented professional who excels at multitasking. This position will be responsible for processing and monitoring sales and inventory transaction processes, control the creation of new SKUs and bill of materials, and ensuring the data integrity of all transactions in the ERP system. We like humans who love what they do and this role sits in a team that are the personification of this.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create new and update existing SKUs and Bill of Materials
- Ensure data integrity of the sales and operational transactions in the ERP system
- Assist the Sales Coordinator, other Operations Coordinators, and Customer Success Managers as needed
- Perform additional duties as directed by Team Lead, Administration

**Your Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of operational coordinator experience is preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing cycle and inventory movements
- Detail orientated and proficient in processing routine transactions
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, Outlook
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills with customer service orientation
- Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and demonstrate high levels of self-initiation and direction
- Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of employees, vendors, suppliers
