As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts. You will work closely with the marketing team to create visually engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Your primary responsibilities will include graphic design, content creation, and campaign management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing concepts and designs that align with our brand identity.
- Ensure that all graphics are on-brand and maintain a consistent visual style across all marketing channels.
- Assist in planning, executing, and measuring the success of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
**Education, Qualification and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to create compelling marketing copy.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Creative thinking and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- As a condition of employment, associates are to have a criminal record check prior to their first day of work
**Work Environment**:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time;
- Ability to work on a computer for an extended period.
- Ability to walk around the hotel and casino from department to department.
