We take care of you: - Flex and connected mode (telecommuting, flexible hours) - Profit-sharing plan - Telemedicine, group insurance, pension plan with company contributions and stock purchase plan - Accessible gym space and annual allowance program - Employee assistance program _(because we care about the physical and mental health)_ **Develop your talents with us** Blossom by deploying your expertise within our Containerboard Packaging Division as a Sales Coordinator: - Please note that this position is based in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville*._ **Responsibilities**: - Oversee sales operations processes and ensure the quality of customer information shared with cross-functional teams: - Modify/update **sales hierarchy with master data team**. - Monitor **corrective actions and **preventative **action plan **for customer complaints **with Operations and Customer Service teams. - Support the** training **process (creation and delivery) for "**lead to order **" processes and tools**.**: - Coordinate product **qualification** **and testing** for customers. - Responsible for coordinating the **dispatch of sample kits **to customers. - Update **price lists, special agreements and ensure adequate communication **with all stakeholders, support the **price change **process in collaboration with the finance team. - Support sales in account planning activities: - Collaborate with sales on **new opportunities **and **customer onboarding**. - Monitor **key dates and changes for sales teams: contract, opportunities, sales KPIs,** etc. - Prepare and share **customer dash **board using Excel, PowerBI and other tools. - Collaborate with sales in the preparation of **customer proposals **for existing customers and new prospects. - Complete customer requests**:RFI, RFP, questionnaires**, etc. - Be responsible for the management of all company activities, organization and implementation of company strategy; - Collaborate on **business initiatives **by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, conducting analyses and developing recommendations. **No two are alike** Every day, our green-blooded colleagues choose to respect their nature by** passionately contributing** to our mission.
