**Job Description**:
As Houdini TD, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the internal pipeline by working closely with different CG teams to ensure a common and standardised approach to the workflow, tool development and support.

**Key responsibilities**:

- creating scripts and tools
- creating, testing, and implementing new features
- providing maintenance and support to the internal FX, CFX, environnement, lighting and layout teams
- helping to engineer solutions (tools and workflow) for pipeline enhancements and fixes
- working directly with artists to investigate and address urgent issues related to custom pipeline tools
- Continuously improve pipeline

**Qualifications**:
**Qualification and experience**:

- 5 years of experience in the VFX industry;
- strong understanding of 3D geometric attributes and principles;
- Proven pipeline TD experience in animated features, animated TV series and/or VFX feature films;
- Experience using and troubleshooting in Houdini software;
- Excellent knowledge of Python and Houdini;
- previous experience in Linux shell scripting;
- proficiency working with one or more renderers (e.g. Renderman, Mantra, Arnold, etc.), and experience with renderer specific file formats;
- a strong understanding of production processes and artist workflows within film and television visual effects pipelines;
**Asset**:
Experience with Pixar’s Universal Scene Description.
