**Job Overview** - Freshouse Juice Bar Woodbridge

**Responsibilities**
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions regarding menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of products.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Engage with customers to create a friendly environment that encourages repeat visits.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are crucial for success in this role.
