Canoco Energy Ltd is seeking a talented Recruitment/Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing new systems and processes to enhance our HR operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and training programs.
- Assist with implementing new HR systems and processes to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and other HR functions.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment/Onboarding Specialist in the oil and gas industry or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding best practices.
- Experience with implementing HR systems and processes is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
