Our practice is committed to excellence in both clinical care and customer experience. We seek an experienced and highly professional Clinical Manager/Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team.
**Position Overview**:
The Clinical Manager/Social Media Coordinator will play a dual role in overseeing the daily operations of the clinic while managing our social media presence. This individual will work closely with our clinical team and leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing the clinic's online brand, engaging with our audience, and maintaining a polished, professional presence on various social platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Clinical Management:_
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow and excellent customer service.
- Coordinate the clinical schedule and manage appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Supervise and support a small team of medical professionals, ensuring adherence to safety, cleanliness, and operational protocols.
- Manage patient relations, addressing any concerns or questions to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Ensure that all treatments and services are performed according to the highest standards of care and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring that clinical supplies are well-stocked and ordering supplies when necessary.
- Handle billing and administrative tasks as needed.
- Social Media & Marketing:_
- Create and execute engaging social media content strategies to build and enhance the clinic's online presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Craft high-quality, visually appealing content that aligns with our brand and targets high-end clientele.
- Engage with followers in a professional and personable manner, responding to comments, inquiries, and direct messages promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to share educational content, client testimonials, before-and-after transformations, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to gauge success and improve engagement strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the clinic's presence remains innovative and relevant.
- Assist with the development of online promotions and advertisements to drive traffic to the clinic.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: A background in healthcare, aesthetics, or a related field is preferred (e.g., nursing, esthetics, or business administration).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical management or social media coordination role, preferably in the aesthetics, wellness, or luxury service industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong English language skills
- Strong social media presence and expertise, with a keen understanding of the dynamics of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Proficient in social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with high-net-worth clientele.
- Ability to create and edit high-quality visual content (photos, videos) using tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a luxurious, personalized client experience.
