What Will You be Doing?
As an expert in the field of biopharmaceutical manufacturing and bioprocessing, the Site Manager will lead the establishment of a Bioprocessing training facility in Montreal. Reporting to the Director of Training, you will take a leadership role in training program design, training program implementation, industry outreach and business development, training facilities set-up and management.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Director of Technical Training and the technical training team as well as industry and academic partners to develop curriculum and programing that meets the needs of the biopharma manufacturing industry
- Research, source and manage the purchase, installation, and maintenance of necessary scientific equipment and consumables
- Deliver training to upskilling learners using various teaching methods (i.e., in-person, online etc.)
- Represent company and manage relationships when working with various vendors, partners and other stakeholders
- Work with program delivery partners to ensure curriculum is responsive to the needs of industry
- Supervise and manage other biopharma training and support staff including contract trainers
- Work with business development representative to identify viable clients and develop client base of the training facility
- Evaluate training programs to ensure they are responsive to the needs of client and makes changes and redesign where necessary
- Plan, organize, and lead training programs, ensuring proper execution and outcomes of learning objectives
- Lead discussions with other stakeholders in biopharma training facility design and equipment needs/purchase
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum level of education attained is a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated knowledge and extensive experience in bioprocessing manufacturing operations is required
- Demonstrated strength in oral, written, and presentation-style communications
- Be personable and operate with a high degree of integrity, transparency and professional values
- Experience with the sourcing, purchasing and installation of biopharmaceutical processing equipment and management of a wet lab would be considered an asset
- Experience delivering biopharmaceutical and/or bioprocessing related training would be considered an asset
- Experience with biopharmaceutical facility design and management would be considered an asset
