About You:

- Social Media and Marketing experience with an understanding of Hootsuite, Vimeo/Veed/Video Editing Software, Active Campaign, LinkedIn, Facebook Paid Ads, Click Funnels experience is considered an asset. Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies also considered an asset.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Proven communication, research, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong initiative and drive
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to take direction and execute efficiently
- Coachable and able to receive constructive feedback

You will play a key role in creating awareness and coordinating the launch of our new virtual and in person coaching programs. We are looking to multiply the reach of our very successful execution-based programs, helping hundreds of additional hospitality owners and leaders we were previously unable to reach. WE NEED YOUR HELP

What You Will Do:

- Manage the social media calendar, daily activity through the Hootsuite platform
- Manage our Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube platforms
- Basic video editing for social media posts, including using tools like Veed, Vimeo, and Canva (to create thumbnails) for the posts
- Design and manage ClickFunnels for multiple products and events
- Copywriting for social posts
- Manage drip campaigns in Active Campaign
- Assist with our Guest Service Evaluation program (mystery shop)

**Required Skills**:

- Some University or College education in Social Media Marketing would be an asset
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong technology skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) as well as Hootsuite, Canva, Veed, Active Campaign.
- Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter
- Previous marketing experience is an asset
- Previous social media management experience is an asset

Salary range: 40,000-42,500

Job Location: Remote with the potential of moving to hybrid
