**Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to join our leadership team and oversee the day-to-day operations of Life Medical Clinic. This critical role requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure the efficient functioning of the clinic while maintaining a positive and professional environment for both staff and patients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization.
- Manage clinic budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Lead and support clinic staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Address patient concerns and maintain a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to implement strategic goals and initiatives.
- Prepare and present operational reports to the leadership team.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards applicable in Alberta.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Must be living in Whitecourt or surrounding area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
