**Key Accountabilities**:

- Accurate reconciliation of project inventory list to actual stock.
- Safekeep and upkeep of stock in warehouse.
- Accurate data entry of inbound and outbound inventory list for all projects.
- Timely and accurate preparation of equipment for installation crews.
- Ensure Health & Safety protocols are followed while handling heavy equipment

**Technical Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain and update inventory records.

2. Maintain up-to-date and accurate information on stock levels, and flag order needs for replenishment.

3. Reconcile physical inventory with database.

4. Process inbound inventory by ensuring accuracy, documenting product information and providing Procurement Director with receipt and labeling to the corresponding project.

5. Process outbound inventory for installation crews by deadline
- by preparing packing lists and compiling all required equipment in batch for installation pick-up.

6. Process and hand-over equipment orders to service team.

7. Organize and maintain warehouse.

8. Arrange and conduct deliveries when required.

9. Track and provide feedback on existing procedures in inventory management.

10. Coordination of equipment pickups by installation crew

11. Coordination of equipment pick-ups/drop offs by client

12. Populate tracking database with information of equipment received.

**Requirements, Education and Experience**:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years prior work experience administering warehouse/inventory.
- MS Office and good computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.

**Other Employment Requirements**:

- Maintain Health and Safety training requirements.
- Is legally able to work in Canada.
- Is fully vaccinated as per the Ontario Public Health definition.
- Located in the GTA
- This job requires mínimal travel as needed.
- Must have a valid G driver’s license with no records.
- Must pass background and security checks as required.

**Working Conditions**:
This job requires regular physical activity including walking, standing, climbing, stopping, lifting objects weighing up to 75 pounds or more.
