In this context, the Client space plays a central role in the customer experience, both for obtaining a financial product and for post-purchase interactions, by offering customers access to a multitude of features in autonomous mode.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Client Space Channel Manager is the person on the team who is in charge of collaborating with different stakeholders in the organization to take into consideration the needs of customers and different sectors in order to evolve this strategic channel.

As such, the Client Space Channel Manager is responsible for developing a vision of the channel and influencing the organization in order to offer a sophisticated transactional channel that meets customer expectations and follows best practices in the field. He or she is also responsible for ensuring that it provides a user-friendly experience for internal employees and functions.

At the execution level, the channel manager works closely with key digital transformation stakeholders, project and compliance teams to prioritize the work the team will do to deliver the different solutions.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET- Collaborate with the organization's stakeholders to develop a customer-centric vision of the channel;- Ensure adequate communication of the canal's vision and roadmap to ensure stakeholder buy-in;- Assess the value of the work and set priorities to ensure that the team focuses on the elements of maximum value that are aligned with the vision of the channel;- Identify the issues to be solved, collaborate in the development of business requirements in order to prioritize them;- Be the contact person to whom one turns to obtain information (commercial or technical, depending on the context) on the field;- Work in an agile environment and continuously review business needs, refine priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks as stakeholder needs change;- Track and communicate the team's progress to interested stakeholders, which may include teaching them how to access the team dashboard and helping them understand it.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- You have experience as a channel manager and/or in-depth knowledge of the agile process and principles-
- You have a university education in Marketing, IT, Administration, or equivalent- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager, business analyst or project manager- You know how to work with multidisciplinary teams (i.e., UX Design, developers)- You are interested in the changing needs of entrepreneurs and the realities of their ecosystems- You are recognized for your skills in stakeholder management, communication, presentation and leadership- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, where goals need to be achieved within tight deadlines and sometimes you have to work with incomplete data- You are growth-oriented, always curious to learn and are used to working in problem-solving mode- You are bilingual (French, English)
