**Acuren is currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator/Dispatcher to support projects in the Prairies area.** If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.
**Position Information**
- Responsible for scheduling high volumes of technical staff to various client sites
- Required to clearly communicate with external/internal manpower
- Responsible for receiving and tracking order information
- Responsible for reveiwing reports and verifying invoice accuracy
- Perform all scheduling tasks within internal scheduling software
- Responsible for scheduling training courses for staff
**Position Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years' comparable operational dispatching/coordinator role
- NDE and/or Industrial knowledge is an asset
- Strong work ethics
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain positive working relations with co-workers
- Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling software
- Expert skills in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional communication skills
