**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with their needs.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to ensure clear communication within the office.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and willingness to learn new processes will be highly valued.
