Lagree Instructor/group Fitness Instructor

** Applicant must be available to work weekdays and evenings**

We are a Lagree Method Studio, applicants must have some understanding of what Lagree is to be considered

**Duties**:

- Lead Lagree fitness classes and provide instruction to participants
- Develop and implement Lagree Method class sturctures
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback and guidance
- Ensure the safety of participants during classes
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of body mechanics and exercise physiology to ensure safe and effective class
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate participants on Lagree Method techniques and principles
- Strong time management skills to effectively execute class plans
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate participants during workouts
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for participants

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid certification as a group fitness instructor or higher.
- No Lagree experience necessary but is an asset. Training will be provided
- CPR/AED certification is required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients of all ages and fitness levels
